Sequence Orientation
It is important that all sequences destined for analysis with
Mallard have a sense
orientation and run from 5' to 3'. A simple way to check, and
if necessary alter orientation, is to use the OrientationChecker
tool which is
freely available from www.cardiff.ac.uk/biosi/research/biosoft/.
